modified code

Reflection
_ When choosing a tutorial my partner and I automatically went to the one
we thought was coolest , which at the time was a spaceship game. It was
a video tutorial and we were very excited to try and make as cool a
game as possible. However, as the video went on, we became more and more
frustrated with our results. The tutorial was proving to be much more
difficult than it was supposed to be, and in the end we gave up. That's
when we decided basic was the best place to start so we went and try out
a snake game.
The snake game was much easier. It told us step by step what to do and even explained slightly why we would do some of the things it asked. We had a working game up and ready in no time and were playing to our hearts content. It was only afterwards, when we had to change the images, that the level of difficulty began to grow.
Sadly, copy and pasting will not suffice when changing the images of the snake and food. You have to make sure that each image is proportional to the actual game itself, which means that if your image is too small, you have to make the game bigger and fix the area where your snake can go so it fits your screen and much, much more. Lets just say, it was not the most entertaining thing in the world.
In the end, once we got through all the struggles of making our game grow and shrink, we finished a pretty cool game. Our images are interesting and make everyone laugh when they play and it's entertaining to play. A lot of our peers would come buy just to watch our teacher's faces (yes those are our teachers) move around the screen in amusing ways. Our number one success would probably be the fact that it does look good and that we did make it through all of the frustrating factors where we almost pulled each others hair out. I am very glad about the outcome of our game and hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
